Industries Programs

MCE's Industries program is comprised of several production trade shops in which inmates learn job skills, gain soft skills, and have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized credentials.
Products are sold directly to governmental and nonprofit entities throughout Montana. A dealer network is also available in Montana to allow the sale of products to the general public.
Industries Shops:
Furniture – handmade furniture in a number of styles and applications. Inmate AutoCAD designers design the products.
Rustic Furniture – handmade and designed by Pintler Range Rustic Furniture. MCE's outstanding artists craft one-of-a-kind pieces.

The upholstery shop performs custom jobs in material ranging from vinyl, to leather, to mohair, for a variety of applications.
