Why Isn't VINE Enough?
VINE tracks offenders in prison and certain “alternative secure” locations such as drug and alcohol treatment programs. VINE DOES NOT TRACK OFFENDERS ON PROBATION OR PAROLE. If you register with DOC in addition to VINE, we will inform you about facility transfers, hearings, and release from supervision. Victims must keep their contact information up to date.
