Warranty

MCE guarantees that you will be satisfied with the quality of materials and workmanship for any standard products we produce. In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will remedy the concern by repairing, replacing, or adjusting until the issue is resolved.

We will extend to you the manufactures warranty on any hardware and polymer components. This includes but is not limited to items such as drawer slides, casters, glides, sheeting for signs and components for chairs.

Fabrics on seating applications for business are generally warranted by fabric mills for time of use based on a single shift. Use beyond a single shift such as a 24 hour application is usually pro-rated for the term, so a three year warranty would equal one year in such an application.

When remedies are required for custom made products that use specialty components, usually only the cost of the components is warranted. Labor charges may apply for those components to be repaired or replaced.

All component suppliers and MCE exclude wear and tear that is expected through normal ownership use. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, overburdened seating that exceeds weight rating, third party freight handling or non MCE installation is also excluded.
